• You must be registered before you can schedule a virtual visit.
• Payment is required at the time you are scheduling a virtual visit.

Registering is Easy and Free

• To register visit: excellusbcbs.com/telemedicine or call 1-866-692-5045.
• Make sure to link your Subscriber ID when you register so you are charged the proper copay.
• PPO Plan: $10.00 copayment
• PPO-D2 plan: $10.00 copayment
• High Deductible $40.00 copayment until the deductible is met then $8.00 coinsurance until the out-of-pocket maximum is met.
